What is a School Development Plan?
A School Development Plan (SDP) sets out the key priorities we are focusing on to make our school even better. It is based on feedback from staff, governors, pupils and parents, as well as our ongoing evaluations of teaching and learning. The plan highlights the main areas we want to improve over the academic year and explains the actions we will take to achieve them. Our current priorities are detailed below.
