Purpose and definition of the PiraMidd Partnership
The PiraMidd Partnership of schools is a group of schools working in collaboration to support pupils and their families in Rochdale. This partnership exists to improve educational outcomes for all young people in the area and builds on a history of successful, informal collaborative working between the schools concerned.
Schools currently involved in the partnership are:

The Vision of the Partnership
To provide excellent educational experiences and outcomes so that all pupils within the Partnership attend a school that effectively meets the needs of its children and families.
To provide robust support and challenge for all Leaders.
To develop, support and challenge for all staff.
To improve outcomes for all pupils
To provide school to school support in agreement with the LA, Diocese or Trust.
To commit to and support the ‘Raising Rochdale’ agenda to equip every child with the knowledge, skills, values and opportunities that will enable them to lead a happy, healthy and purposeful life.

Sub groups made up of staff from each of the member schools meet on a regular basis to support each other develop in specific aspects of primary education. Sub groups that meet (or have previously met) include: EYFS, SEND, Phonics, English, Year 6, Safeguarding, Deputy Headteachers, Maths, Year 2, Assessment, Computing, School Admin/GDPR, NQT/RQT, Mental Health and Wellbeing, Stem/Science, SRE, History and Design and Technology.
