Our pupils love the discussion element and being able to share their thoughts and feelings on a wide range of topics.
The Extended Schools Award shows how we at Parkfield seek to provide and host a range of activities and services designed to meet the needs of our pupils and so encourage the inclusion of our pupils in all aspects of school and community life.
We are Stonewall School Champion, meaning that our school is committed to celebrating diversity and tackling homophobic, biphobic and transphobic bullying.

The Primary Languages Quality Mark has been awarded in recognition of Parkfield‘s primary languages curriculum. The award audits, embeds and evaluates provision and celebrates us as a school that is delivering languages effectively. The School Games Mark is a government-led scheme that rewards schools for their commitment to the development of competition across their school and into the community. Our sporting achievements to help gain this award include: entering a variety of local inter-school competitions, such as, dodgeball, football, netball, hockey, rugby and basketball to name a few!! The total number of children taking part was about 60. A special thanks to Mrs Banks and EdStart Rochdale for gathering and collating the evidence throughout the year. |
